Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a full-time night-shift opportunity at a produce warehouse in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for assisting Order Pullers, loading trucks, handling products, and maintaining clean and organized warehouse areas.

This is a physically active warehouse position requiring employees to remain on their feet, lift and move products, and work until all nightly responsibilities are completed.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn new warehouse responsibilities.

Advancement opportunities are available. Employees who demonstrate strong performance and successfully learn the order-pulling process may have the opportunity to advance into an Order Puller position with increased pay.

Required Experience & Skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  Assist Order Pullers with preparing customer orders
  
• 
  Help locate and organize products for outgoing shipments
  
• 
  Load products onto delivery trucks
  
• 
  Move and stage products throughout the warehouse
  
• 
  Support nightly shipping and loading operations
  
• 
  Learn the order-pulling process
  
• 
  Assist with preparing orders for delivery
  
• 
  Handle warehouse products safely
  
• 
  Maintain clean and organized work areas
  
• 
  Remove packaging materials and debris as needed
  
• 
  Follow established material-handling procedures
  
• 
  Support team members in completing nightly workloads
  
• 
  Maintain a consistent work pace

  Follow all company safety procedures

  Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
  

Order Pulling Support

Candidates will work alongside experienced Order Pullers to help prepare customer orders.

Responsibilities may include:

  Moving products to loading areas

Truck Loading & Material Handling
