SIMOS is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates in New Kensington, PA, to support various production lines. This is a great opportunity to enter the warehouse and manufacturing industry. We provide complete training in areas such as packing, assembly, and etching within a friendly, inclusive work environment. These are long-term positions with the opportunity for permanent hire.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM | $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM | $16.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM | $17.00/hour

Shift times may vary based on production volume, skill set, and department assignment. Candidates must have flexible availability and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Duties:

Key Duties:

• Pack and kit orders accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Use computers and handheld RF scanners to create, scan, and apply shipping labels.
• Decorate products, operate towel and blanket presses, and prepare items for shipment.
• Perform light manufacturing duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle and process products safely while standing for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain dependable and consistent attendance.
• Work required overtime as production volume increases.

Apparel Support & Projects Roles

• Distribution-centric role supporting warehouse operations
• Repetitive with minimal variation in role
• Read and create labels for packaging.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Steel-toe boots are required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
