Warehouse Associate

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate for a full-time position in Natick, MA. Candidates must have previous shipping/warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Package and label outgoing products accurately
• Process and organize shipping paperwork
• Verify orders and quantities prior to shipment
• Load and unload incoming/outgoing materials
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous shipping experience required
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience picking, packing, labeling, and preparing outgoing shipments
• Ability to accurately follow shipping paperwork and order information
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and shipping software
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
