    Overview

    We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift, unloading trucks, preparing orders for delivery, and assisting at the service counter when needed.
    The ideal candidate is flexible, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
    • Unload trucks and process incoming shipments
    • Prepare and stage orders for customer delivery and pickup
    • Ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) orders accurately and efficiently
    • Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize inventory
    • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
    • Assist customers at the counter as needed
    • Support multiple areas of warehouse operations based on business needs
    • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment
    • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

    Required Qualifications

    • 6 months to 1 year of recent, consistent warehouse experience
    • 6 months to 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
    • Comfortable working at heights up to 15 feet
    • Stable work history with no employment gaps greater than 3 months unless clearly explained
    • Forklift operating experience required
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand throughout the entire shift
    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Flexible and willing to support different warehouse functions as needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Order picker experience (training may be provided)
    • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, delivery support, or warehouse operations
    • Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processes
    • Experience with cycle counting and inventory management
