Warehouse Associate | Mount and Dismount

Key Responsibilities 

• Mount and dismount passenger, light truck, commercial, and specialty tires using industry-approved equipment and procedures
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and defects prior to service
• Balance tire and wheel assemblies as required
• Prepare, organize, and stage tires and wheels for customer orders and deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
• Maintain accurate inventory by organizing products within the warehouse
• Operate tire service equipment and other warehouse tools safely
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other warehouse and shop duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous tire service or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience mounting and dismounting commercial or passenger tires is a plus
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and move tires and wheels, with or without assistance
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to work in varying temperatures in a warehouse or shop environment
• Ability to safely operate tire service equipment and material handling equipment
