We Ship Express is a nationwide provider of warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics services specializing in the wine, beer, and spirits industry. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help support our daily operations at our St. Charles facility.

Shift
Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Position Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
- Verify order accuracy through quality inspections
- Assist with cross-docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions
- Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
- Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management
Qualifications
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Frequently use hands to handle, grasp, and move products
- Bend, squat, reach, kneel, and climb as needed
- Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
