Job Description:

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support order picking, packing, and shipping operations in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders by item, lot number, and quantity.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify cartons and ensure proper product protection.
• Follow SOPs and quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Use basic computer systems; SAP/voice-picking experience is a plus.
• Rotate through daily warehouse duties and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
