Manufacturing Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for receiving finished goods, order fulfillment, inventory counts, shipping preparation, forklift operation, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production and warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive and store finished goods from production areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Read picking tickets and shipping orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns
- Follow all company procedures and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment required
- Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Shipping, receiving, inventory, and order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Language Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in Spanish
- Basic English is acceptable
- Ability to understand workplace safety instructions and warehouse documentation
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment
- Inventory control and cycle counts
- Shipping and receiving operations
- GMP, FDA, OSHA, or regulated manufacturing environments are a plus
