Butcher & Packer Supply Company, a leading distributor of spices and supplies for the meat processing industry, is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Small Package Shipping Department by picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment using carriers such as UPS and USPS.
- Assist the Truck & Delivery Department by pulling, staging, and preparing orders for local deliveries and freight shipments.
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipment to ensure customers receive the correct products.
- Safely load and organize orders for outbound deliveries and truck shipments.
- Work closely with the shipping team to meet daily order fulfillment deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Cross-train and assist other warehouse departments as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
