Warehouse Associate

Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling. This role is responsible for unloading LTL shipments, staging outgoing orders, operating a sit-down forklift, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has recent warehouse and forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials from LTL and other shipments
• Unload trucks and stage incoming inventory for storage
• Pull, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment and delivery
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, organize, and store materials
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Read and follow work orders to ensure order accuracy
• Assist with loading outbound shipments
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and cleanup duties
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent warehouse experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping documentation
• Experience operating warehouse equipment safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
