Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate in Loveland, CO


Position Summary


We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with local delivery and pickup duties, ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with inventory systems, forklifts, and warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities


+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

+ Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records using NetSuite and RF scanning systems.

+ Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

+ Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.

+ Load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility.

+ Perform local pickups and deliveries of products, parts, and materials.

+ Maintain shipping documentation and inventory records.

+ Keep warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.

+ Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding shipments and inventory needs.

+ Maintain vehicle logs and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance as required.


Qualifications


Required


+ Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.

+ Forklift operating experience.

+ Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.

+ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to perform local deliveries.

+ Proficiency using RF scanners and inventory management systems.


Preferred


+ Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system.

+ Manufacturing or production environment experience.

+ Customer service experience related to deliveries or logistics operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.


Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
