Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a MUST.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Has experience with ERP & Inventory Management Systems
- Experience with Fishbowl and Ship Station is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Schedule
- Full-time 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
