Warehouse Associate- Level 2

This position performs loading/unloading, order picking, inventory transactions, and material handling activities while following company SOPs, cGMP requirements, and safety procedures. This position performs loading/unloading, order picking, inventory transactions, and material handling activities while following company SOPs, cGMP requirements, and safety procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Pull and prepare inventory according to SYSPRO picklists and production/material requests.
• Perform bin transfers and inventory transactions to accurately deduct and transfer materials in the system.
• Receive, load, and unload trucks while verifying materials and quantities.
• Perform order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, staging, and shipping activities.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material-handling equipment.
• Maintain required warehouse, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Clean and prepare drums and other containers for transfer between warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-ups.
• Follow applicable SOPs, cGMP requirements, OSHA/safety procedures, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and help investigate inventory discrepancies when required.
• Support other company warehouse locations and departments as needed.
• Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or equipment issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years of warehouse/material handling experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Forklift operating experience required; forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory/ERP systems; SYSPRO experience preferred.
• Good basic math, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform material-handling activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

What We Offer:

Compensation: $22-26/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
