WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Lenexa, KS
Inova Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for a full-time opportunity in Lenexa, KS! If you have warehouse experience and are comfortable with order picking, packing, shipping/receiving, and RF scanners, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:- $18.00/hour
- Weekly pay
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Full-time hours with overtime available as needed

What You'll Do: - Pick and pull customer orders
- Pack orders for shipment
- Handle shipping and receiving
- Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
- Receive, sort, and put away incoming products
- Move products using hand trucks and other warehouse equipment
- Build and organize orders on pallets or shelves
- Keep your work area clean and organized
What We're Looking For:- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Order picking/packing and RF scanner experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30–70 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with seasonal temperature changes
Must be flexible and comfortable potentially working at different facility locations throughout the Kansas City metro area as needed
