Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Count, weigh, package, and label products accurately.
• Verify shipping information to ensure order accuracy.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using a manual pallet jack.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enter basic shipping and inventory information into company systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company policies, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, packing, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
