Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor / Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves material handling, order fulfillment, inventory support, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse
Pick and pack orders accurately according to company standards
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization
Prepare shipments and ensure proper labeling and documentation
Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned work areas
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
Requirements
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of warehouse operations or willingness to learn
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
May involve repetitive tasks, bending, lifting, and extended standing
