Warehouse Associate

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Pick, assemble, and package products accurately according to order specifications
• Stock and maintain accurate inventory counts using inventory management systems
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments; maintain shipping and receiving department inventory
• Perform basic product repairs and quality checks
• Collaborate with internal Production and Sales departments to support order fulfillment needs
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with all safety protocols

Qualifications:
Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and stand for the duration of a full work shift
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to load and unload shipments
• Operate a forklift
• Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory management experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required, as position may involve operating a company vehicle for local deliveries or pickups

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• 40 hours per week
