Location: Jonesville, SC
Pay: $700 - $1,000 Weekly
Shift:
1st Shift Weekends 5AM-3:30PM Thurs-Mon
2nd Shift: 5PM-3:30AM Sun-Thurs

Schedule: Set at Time of Hire

Warehouse Associate - Unloading & Forklift Operations

Capstone Logistics is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates with Stand-Up Forklift experience to support unloading and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position combines hands-on freight handling with equipment operation and is ideal for candidates who enjoy active work and performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight from trailers efficiently and safely
• Operate stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and organize product throughout the warehouse
• Sort, palletize, repack, and prepare freight for storage or shipment
• Perform freight audits and verify product accuracy
• Assist with loading, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper product handling
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational standards
• Support additional warehouse functions as assigned by site leadership

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred
• Experience with unloading, freight handling, receiving, or distribution center operations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods
• Comfortable performing physical labor while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
