Job Overview
WNC Laundry LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Janitorial Staff member to join our team in East Orange, NJ. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, assisting with warehouse operations, and helping ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Paid every Friday
- Sick days available after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and remove trash throughout the facility
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low
- Assist with warehouse organization and keeping work areas safe and clean
- Move supplies, carts, and materials as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Support supervisors and team members with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude in the workplace
