Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Training on 1st Shift for approximately 3 weeks, then transition to 2nd Shift

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Forklift or order picker experience is a plus

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Print labels and apply shipping and tracking information
• Inspect products and packages for quality and accuracy
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
• Maintain documentation and shipping records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
