    Description

    Selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the warehouse and stores on-site activities including managing receipts, stocking and shipping of products, staging and delivering customer orders, and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Staging, shipping, and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies - HVAC.
    • Stock the parts store with an appropriate amount of merchandise.
    • Assist with inventory control and entering inventory into the software system.
    • Delivers parts, supplies, equipment, and other HVAC related products to customer locations or job sites, as needed.
    • File M/Ss, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.
    • File freight claims for damaged goods.
    • Manage receipt, inspecting, and stocking products.
    • Determine inventory levels; identify and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory and maintaining system inventory accuracy.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    Skills Required:

    • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
    • Must complete an MVR.
    • Must have good interpersonal and phone skills to communicate and assist inside sales personnel and customers.
    • Load and unload trucks.
    • Pull and put away equipment on pallets or boxes using a forklift.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

    Education and/or Experience Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 3 - 5 years of proven forklift experience.
    • 1+ years of experience driving a 20' box truck with liftgate.
