Warehouse Associate Intern

Selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the warehouse and store's on-site activities including managing receipts, stocking and shipping of products, staging and delivering customer orders, and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Staging, shipping, and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies - HVAC.
• Stock the parts store with an appropriate amount of merchandise.
• Assist with inventory control and entering inventory into the software system.
• Delivers parts, supplies, equipment, and other HVAC related products to customer locations or job sites, as needed.
• File M/S's, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.
• File freight claims for damaged goods.
• Manage receipt, inspecting, and stocking products.
• Determine inventory levels; identify and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory and maintaining system inventory accuracy.
• Other duties may be assigned.
