About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling, moving, and managing products within a warehouse environment to support efficient logistics and operations. This role involves physical tasks such as lifting, inventory management, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates accuracy, safety compliance, attendance, and flexibility to work weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and transport products, ensuring careful and accurate movement throughout the warehouse
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as part of regular physical tasks
• Maintain inventory records using basic computer skills or inventory management systems
• Follow safety regulations, including wearing non-slip resistant shoes at all times
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Support warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure safety and efficiency
• Adhere to company policies regarding work schedule and safety protocols
• Comply with all E-Verify and safety regulation requirements
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed
• Perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations in a dynamic environment
• Report any safety concerns or hazards to supervisors promptly

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Availability to work weekend shifts
• Non-slip resistant shoes required
• Must be E-Verified
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience in inventory management systems
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• High School Diploma or GED
