ROLE PURPOSE

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing stock, operating industrial lift trucks (certified), and utilizing RF scanning devices for inventory transactions. Success in this role entails efficient stock movement, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety standards during warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate certified industrial lift trucks to collect and place materials into designated warehouse locations.
  • Receive, process, and load incoming and outgoing stock with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Use RF scanning devices to verify storage, retrieval, and inventory transactions.
  • Read and interpret itemized lists and shipping/receiving documentation to locate and organize materials.
  • Perform physical lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and team lifting of items 51 to 99 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Verify that product counts match shipping and receiving documents.
  • Operate packaging and material movement equipment as assigned.
