What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Strong familiarity with warehouse equipment, including powered pallet jacks, stretch wrap machines, and RF scanners.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and shipment preparations.
- The ability to identify damages, shortages, or discrepancies quickly and report them accurately.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Reliable work ethic with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with material handling equipment beyond basic pallet jacks.
- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
- Additional safety certifications or training.
- Knowledge of warehouse management software or additional technical skills.
Ideal Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 3 months of experience as a Warehouse Associate I or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Additional requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
