Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

About the Role

We are seeking reliable warehouse associates to support winery packing operations in Templeton, CA. The position involves working on a production line to pack and stack wine bottles, assemble boxes, and perform basic cleaning tasks. This role is critical to maintaining efficient packaging and shipment processes in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the production line assembling boxes for wine bottles
• Pack bottles of wine into boxes accurately and efficiently
• Stack boxes on pallets for shipment
• Support bottling and filling processes as needed
• Use packaging tools and systems to ensure quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean work environment through basic cleaning duties
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Properly handle and store packaging materials
• Assist in order picking and order pulling as required
• Follow safety protocols during physical handling and stacking of up to 40 lbs

Required Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Experience in packaging, bottling, or filling processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a winery or beverage manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with packaging tools, bottling, and filling machinery (experience preferred but not required)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled shifts
• Comfortable performing basic cleaning duties as part of daily tasks
