Job Summary

A Warehouse Worker at RL Jones is responsible for handling, storing, and distributing goods efficiently within the warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipping
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Label, organize, and store products in designated locations
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (a plus)
• Ability to lift heavy items (often up to 50 lbs / 23 kg)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
