Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage • Unload trucks and verify quantities against purchase orders • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment • Label, wrap, and stage products for distribution • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, if certified • Maintain organized inventory and perform cycle counts • Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly. Basic math and counting skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Forklift certification preferred but not required.
