Job Title: Warehouse Associate I


Pay: $18.00/hour


Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

As a Warehouse Associate I, you'll work alongside your team and supervisors to ensure the warehouse runs efficiently and safely. Your efforts will directly impact the company's success by handling inventory, operating equipment correctly, and supporting a safe, organized workspace.


What You'll Do


As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be responsible for:
  • Safely operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move and stage materials, following safety protocols.
  • Picking and staging customer orders accurately using RF scanners and pick lists for timely delivery.
  • Performing quality inspections on outgoing materials by reading formulas, recipes, and work instructions to ensure high standards.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, resolving order discrepancies, and participating in inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Conducting forklift inspections before and after shifts and keeping a clean, organized work environment.


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
  • Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs, climb stairs regularly, and stand for long periods.
  • Strong reading and writing skills in English to understand work instructions and labels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Location & Schedule:
