Key Objectives
- Support daily warehouse operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure timely and correct packing and shipment of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to warehouse management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
