Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipments and deliveries
Provide orders for will call customer in a timely manner
Notate deliveries, will calls, and shipments to their intended customer accurately
Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
Rotate and replenish inventory stock pick locations by following first in first out methods
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
Support production team with daily operations (i.e., raw material preparation, transferring of finishing goods to appropriate bin locations, and other duties as assigned)
Label, tag, and record inventory in warehouse management system
Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts
Able to utilize handheld devices, computers, and other assigned equipment to meet warehouse expectations
Transfer finished goods from production to correct bin locations physically and systematically
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
Assist with product rotation and stock replenishment
Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager
Accurately reserve inventory towards pick tickets
Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities
Ability to lift and move up to 60lbs or more regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and counting skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds or more regularly
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels
Exposure to refrigerated or cold storage areas depending on product type
