Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily order fulfillment and warehouse production by selecting, verifying, preparing, and packaging products while maintaining safe, clean, and productive work areas. Ability to perform warehouse duties in varied conditions, including occasional cold/wet work areas.

Hourly Rate: $13

Schedule: 7am – 3:30pm. Possibility for Overtime Monday - Friday first day is 8am

Job Overview
Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily order fulfillment and warehouse production by selecting, verifying, preparing, and packaging products while maintaining safe, clean, and productive work areas. The role may involve cold/wet conditions and can include forklift operation depending on assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and prepare the correct products and quantities from storage locations
• Verify items for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies according to process
• Pre-package and stage products for picking/shipping activities
• Support productivity and quality by monitoring error rates and workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area in accordance with warehouse procedures
• Complete tasks assigned by the Replenishment Supervisor and assist with warehouse needs

• Dependable, responsible, and flexible team members
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel and Word) and basic math capability
• Strong communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform warehouse duties in varied conditions, including occasional cold/wet work areas
• Experience operating a forklift (as assigned)
