Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and committed to maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for distribution.
- Receive, sort, organize, and stage warehouse inventory.
- Verify shipment accuracy and inspect products for damage.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
