Shift Timings: Monday–Friday, 6: 00 AM–3: 00 PM

Job Description:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and preferably forklift/cherry-picker experience. Training on equipment is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Cross-check picked orders for accuracy.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
- Load and unload trucks and consolidate freight.
- Operate sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Enter information into computerized warehouse/ERP systems.
- Assist with inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Work effectively as part of a small, close-knit team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
- High school diploma/equivalent preferred but not required.
- Warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or material handling.
- Forklift and/or cherry-picker experience preferred;willingness to train is acceptable.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and shipping documents.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including hot summer conditions.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Must be willing to work occasional overtime.
- Must be able to pass required background checks and a 9-panel drug test.
