Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour + Bonus , depending on experience
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role involves picking, packing, labeling, preparing orders for shipment, loading/unloading, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable communicating with the team in English. Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills and forklift experience are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
- Verify order accuracy and shipping information
- Label packages clearly and correctly
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including tape guns, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment
- Operate a forklift when needed, if certified or properly trained
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Take initiative and support other departments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Steel-toe boots required
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills preferred
- Forklift experience or forklift certification strongly preferred
- Experience with shipping, labeling, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
- Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
