Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a 4-month contract assignment with our client. This position supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, moving, and tracking inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and store inventory
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments
  • Load and unload deliveries
  • Scan and track inventory using warehouse systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Report damaged or missing items
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support inventory audits and cycle counts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
  • Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Benefits

Competitive pay with a range of $23 per hour.
