Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
  • Cell and number formatting
  • Basic formulas such as SUM and AVERAGE
  • Spreadsheet setup and printing functions
  • Familiarity with the Excel user interface

Experience Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment and performing inventory counts is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform daily equipment inspections.

Job Duties

  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
  • Support internal customers by ensuring adequate stock levels to prevent workflow disruptions.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform required pre-operational equipment checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA-related security practices.
  • Deliver responsive, accurate, and professional service to warehouse customers while supporting overall operational efficiency.
