Warehouse Associate/Forklift Op
Pay: $21/hour
Location: Lackawanna, NY 14218
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with experience operating forklifts to join our team and help keep warehouse operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. This position involves receiving, picking, organizing, labeling, operating forklifts and preparing materials for shipment while following company safety guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Receive, load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using carts, pallets, pallet jacks and forklift.
- Pick and pull daily orders.
- Accurately count and record materials to ensure inventory transactions are correct.
- Verify that materials match product descriptions and accompanying documentation.
- Locate, identify, label, and pick materials using printed pick lists.
- Ensure product labels and numbers are accurate and up to date.
- Properly package bulk materials by boxing, taping, wrapping, banding, or shrink-wrapping products to prevent damage during transportation.
- Use a camera to document inbound and outbound load conditions and identify quality issues.
- Use basic hand tools to open and close crates and assist with basic assembly tasks.
- Read and understand pick lists, work orders, and other written instructions.
- Follow all company safety procedures and best practices.
