The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience using RF scanners, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Utilize RF handheld scanners for order picking and inventory transactions.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Verify part numbers and lot numbers to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Package products for shipment according to company standards.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Follow warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Support general warehouse operations as assigned.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
- Experience using RF handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with part numbers and lot numbers.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications- Forklift experience or certification.
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Background in warehouse distribution or logistics.
