Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material handling. This role ensures accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing, receiving, processing, issuing, kitting, labeling, and storing incoming stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Inspect stock for damages and maintain records
- Organize and maintain warehouse space
- Prepare orders for shipment and track deliveries
- Record shipment arrival and departure times
- Operate stock management tools such as forklifts and dollies
- Perform inventory counts using SAP transactions
- Oversee warehouse operations
- Manage UPS and FedEx shipping processes
- Handle hazardous material shipping
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
- Clear motor vehicle report
- Electric forklift driver certification
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience with SAP inventory systems
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience handling hazardous materials
