Position Details

Position Type: Full Time
Job Location: Fairfield, OH
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Benefits: Health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Life Insurance
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift (with occasional overtime as needed)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Inspect products for defects and maintain precise inventory records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (reading and speaking)
• Forklift experience preferred; onsite retraining provided for our equipment and documentation
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems a plus
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
