As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure products and materials are received, organized, prepared, and distributed accurately and efficiently. We are looking for team members who are reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, organize, and store incoming merchandise and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy
- Label and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and product records
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or damaged merchandise to management
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse and operations team members
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience required
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Basic communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
- Ability to safely lift and move packages or materials as required by the position
- Previous experience in warehouse, retail, stocking, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or customer service is a plus but not required
Compensation
$17.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, availability, and position responsibilities.
