SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a well-known client in Elgin, IL.  As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: 
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Quality Assurance 
  • Inventory Control 
 SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  All Temp-to-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20-$22/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).   Available shifts include 1st Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday  Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
  • Organizing and storing goods in the warehouse.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Coordinating with carriers for deliveries.
  • Conducting inventory control activities.
  • Operating warehouse equipment safely.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensuring quality control standards.
  • Communicating effectively with team members.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
 Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate: 
  • Previous warehouse experience and/or training 
  • Previous Forklift experience 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance. 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement. 
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
