Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate – $15.00/hour | El Paso, TX (SWIFCO Facility)

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at the SWIFCO facility. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing materials for distribution.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Accurately complete paperwork and inventory records
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to read and write cursive
• Basic math skills, including knowledge of fractions and percentages
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
