WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE | Job Description
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment, takes pride in meeting the order fulfillment needs of our customers, and brings a sharp eye for accuracy and attention to detail. This is a flexible, part-time position offering 20–30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM window.
This position requires you to work onsite daily at our warehouse in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
Essential Job Functions
- Receive and stock inventory
- Pick, pack & ship orders
- General Inventory Management
- Update custom fulfillment sites
- Troubleshoot problems
- Ensure product meets quality requirements
- Operate forklift or pallet driver
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventory reconciliation
- Housekeeping
- Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead
Basic Qualifications
- High School or equivalent diploma
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, window navigation and instant messenger tools
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have excellent listening and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Safely operate powered industrial vehicles
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
