    Warehouse Associate | Day Shift | Willing to Train
     
    Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in Denver, CO.

    What You'll Do
     
    As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help make sure our customers receive the right products accurately and on time.
    • Receive and put away incoming inventory.
    • Pick products to fulfill customer orders.
    • Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
    • Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments for delivery.
    • Learn to safely operate battery-powered warehouse equipment.
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
    • Work alongside your teammates to complete daily orders.
    • Use basic computer systems and email as part of your daily work.
    What We're Looking For
     
    Experience is helpful, but dependability matters more.
    We're looking for someone who:
    • Shows up consistently and on time.
    • Is dependable and takes responsibility for their work.
    • Is willing to learn and accepts coaching and feedback.
    • Takes pride in completing work accurately.
    • Enjoys staying active and working in a hands-on environment.
    • Can work independently while also being part of a team.
    • Is willing to learn how to safely operate warehouse equipment.
    • Has basic computer skills and can read and respond to emails.
    • Has a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    Previous warehouse, stocking, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, manufacturing, or similar experience is a plus, but it is not required.
    If you're reliable and willing to learn, we're willing to train you.
