Warehouse Associate

Location: Miami, FL 33172
Pay Rate: $21.90/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Availability: Open availability required | 5 days per week

Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily product movement, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and merchandise availability in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves physically moving and organizing merchandise, completing assigned goods-flow tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory while following established safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, replenish, and organize merchandise to maintain product availability.

• Complete assigned warehouse and goods-flow tasks accurately and on time.

• Use warehouse systems and tools to support product movement and inventory accuracy.

• Follow established inventory routines and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels.

• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas.

• Lift, carry, push, pull, slide, and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures while working around coworkers, customers, equipment, and merchandise.

• Identify and help prevent potential safety hazards within the work area.

• Work efficiently while supporting productivity and operational goals.

• Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

• Ability to follow established safety and security procedures.

• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Open availability to work five days per week.

• Previous warehouse, stocking, replenishment, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.
