Warehouse Associate (Day Shift)

Looking for a steady, full-time warehouse role with an industry leader in electrical distribution? Join our team in Indianapolis as a Warehouse Associate! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Operate warehouse machinery including reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers to safely move, lift, and store inventory across the facility.
• Scan and track products using handheld RF scanners to ensure high accuracy during order picking, stock placement, and inventory checks.
• Process inbound and outbound freight by loading and unloading trucks, inspecting shipments, and verifying UPS/FedEx packages against shipping manifests.
• Maintain dock and facility standards by staging materials securely, reporting damaged goods, and keeping work zones clean and safe.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience operating reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers in an active warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanner inventory systems and carrier shipping/receiving processes (UPS, FedEx, freight lines).
• Must bring your own steel-toe safety boots and safety vest to every shift.
• Exceptional punctuality, strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy, and a reliable work ethic.
• MUST HAVE their own transportation.

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role located in a fast-paced commercial distribution center. The role requires continuous physical activity, including lifting, scanning, freight handling, and machinery operation.

Contract Terms: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
