Warehouse Associate

Location: Crossville, TN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift - 7AM-4PM
Pay: $19.00/hour

Join the growing team at a local manufacturer! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to help support our daily production and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in producing quality work, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
-Operate a forklift as needed (approximately 5-10% of the workday)
-Unload tanker trucks safely and efficiently
-Blend oils according to batching sheets
-Record inventory usage for production batches
-Clean work areas and maintain a safe, organized workspace
-Wash production utensils and equipment
-Complete daily checklists and required documentation
-Enter production data into Microsoft Excel and an Access database
-Follow safety procedures and quality standards
-Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
-Basic computer skills
-Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
-Forklift experience
-Food manufacturing experience
-Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
