Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires experience operating both Sit-Down Forklifts and Cherry Pickers/Order Pickers, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys working in a high-volume environment, and demonstrates a consistent work history, reliable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Verify incoming materials against shipping documentation.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and intercompany orders for shipment.
• Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including:
  • Sit-Down Forklift
  • Cherry Picker / Order Picker (30 40 feet)
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent Sit-Down Forklift experience.
• Minimum 6 months of recent Cherry Picker / Order Picker experience operating at heights up to 30 40 feet.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Stable work history with reliable attendance and performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, pull, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and self-motivation.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
